Cancellation Policy

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation and the related travel restrictions, many liveaboard operators offer flexible booking terms in case you need to cancel your trip.

Flexible booking terms can be:

 

– Free rescheduling of the trip within 24 months

– 90% refund, if you wish to cancel your trip instead of rescheduling it (up to 30 days before the trip date)

 

However, some liveaboard operators don´t offer flexible booking terms. In case you need to cancel or reschedule your trip because of Covid restrictions, standard terms will apply.

Covid-19 related means one of the following:

 

– Governmental restrictions for entering the country of destination (the country you want to travel to)

– Governmental restrictions for traveling of your country of residence (includes, when your country of residence mandates quarantine upon return)

– You´ve got the Covid-19 virus within 30 days prior to departure (medical evidence must be shown)

 

If one or more of these situations apply, some liveaboard operators will offer flexible booking conditions like re-scheduling or canceling. The value of a re-scheduled trip needs to be equal or lesser than the original trip. There is no partial fund in case you choose a lesser valued trip.
