We collect information from you when you create an account, sign up for our newsletter, contact customers support, or when you make a reservation.

When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: username and email address. When you create a booking we will ask you for personal information such as your title, name, email address, telephone number, transfer details and special requests. We do not store your credit card details. For payments, we use reliable third-party online payment services. We also collect details of your reservation such as dates, itinerary, price and the same personal information of persons traveling with you.

 

How does Dive Adventure Travel use this information?

Your information for a reservation is needed to make the reservation with the liveaboard operator. In some cases, we or the liveaboard operator will ask you for further information like passport number by contacting you directly.

When you sign up for our email newsletter, we will send you special promotions and news related to diving occasionally. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter anytime if you don´t want to receive our news anymore.

We will also send you emails and notifications, that are related and necessary to your reservation. These notifications can’t be stopped sending due to the high risk of your reservation cancellation without appropriate actions or responses done in time from your side. That’s why notifications along with service-related emails do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the services you requested.
